Level 5 NVQ Adult Care Leadership & Management
An RFQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Adult Care replaces the NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Adult Care. This internationally recognized qualification is the equivalent of an A-level qualification and is the UK industry standard for managers working in the adult care sector.

The Level 5 NVQ Adult Care Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care is needed for a social care manager.
CQC states in their guidance on Registered Managers’ qualification requirements that managers should hold, or be working towards, an appropriate qualification as advised by Skills for Care (the body associated with skills standards by the government).
