Course Overview

This Level 3 Care Diploma is an A-Level equivalent qualification – designed for learners looking to progress their career in health care who hold responsibility in their workplace and work without supervision.

We highly recommend this training course for Home Care Assistants, Health Care Support Workers and Residential Adult Care Home Staff; The knowledge and skills learnt will ensure the conditions and standards set by the CQC [Care Quality Commission].

In order to allow learners to fit their studies around their busy home and work lives, this training course uses remote, online learning. We are aware that learners can’t be reachable all the time, so this way you are able to do your work at times that suit you! You will also be assigned one of our experienced tutor’s to guide you throughout the duration of your course – they will be their to have regular meetings with you and support you in any way you may need.


Learners will have 12 months to complete this training course overall. However, how long it takes to complete is completely dependent on the learner’s engagement and how many hours they spend on it per week. We find that most complete this qualification in around 6 months.
