Which Qualifications Do You Need?
Our Level 2 courses will provide learners with an entry level care qualification – suited for people who are new to Health & Social Care , looking for a pathway and work under supervision (GCSE equivalent).
The Level 3 courses are designed for learners already working within the sector, looking to develop their skills and take on more responsibility in the workplace (A-Level equivalent).
If learners are wanting to develop into a leadership /managerial role, Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications cover the mandatory skills and knowledge needed to take on these positions (Higher Education Certificate/Foundation Degree equivalent).
Gaining these formal qualifications will help with job prospects, future progression and will equip learners with the ability to carry out their job more efficiently and deliver a higher standard of care. Free Training/Government Funding
Here at Aone, we have funding available – in different areas throughout the UK – to put learners through free training courses! We’re able to do this through Government funding, with the aim to upskill Health & Social Care worker’s knowledge and experience free of charge: prompting learning and progression.
